TIRAK is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users
- Upload illegal, offensive, or explicit content
- Use the app for spam, scams, or commercial solicitation
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent ban.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant TIRAK a license to display and process it within the app for its intended purpose.
5. Chats and Communication
Chats are private between users but may be reviewed if reported or required for safety, moderation, or legal reasons.
6. Safety Disclaimer
TIRAK does not conduct background checks. Users are responsible for their own interactions, including meetings outside the app.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community. Users may delete their account at any time.
8. No Guarantees
TIRAK does not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes. The service is provided “as is”.
9. Limitation of Liability
TIRAK is not responsible for user behavior, offline interactions, or damages arising from use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
